Every room is adorned with one of a kind piece's and every item in this home is special. You will find antique furniture, artwork, whimsical decor, wonderful vintage rustic metals and wrought iron, vintage copper pieces, fabulous linens, bedding, a lot of Pottery Barn throughout the home, throw pillows, quilts, afghans, full kitchen, vintage kitchen aid mixer, pottery, crystal, vintage pieces throughout, books, women's clothing, jewelry, an Asian bedroom set and even an antique claw foot tub.  The back patio is something to behold, and filled with more beautiful decor and elegance. The garage has wonderful Christmas decor, lawn and garden, bead-making supplies, and more special decor pieces. If you like patina you will be loving this estate sale.

**ABOUT THE SIGN UP SHEET: AT ADDRESS FRIDAY AT 8AM. Sign-up Sheets are not at every sale. Make sure to check the beginning of the ad to see if there will be a sign-up sheet, and if there is one, you must physically go to the estate sale address to sign up on that list. 

IMPORTANT: They are put out at 8am on the first day of the sale (usually a Friday) and are  only used for the first day of the sale. You do not need to be on the list to gain entry. It is only if you want to be among the first people through the door.   (**We only honor the sign-up sheet that we put out**)

**LOADING OF LARGE ITEMS:

PLEASE BRING HELP LOADING OUT LARGE ITEMS: We may not be available to assist you. We will always try to assist getting things out of the home and to the driveway. From there, you may need additional help loading into your vehicle.  

**PARKING: 

*ALWAYS RESPECT the neighborhood we are in. 

*DO NOT BLOCK Driveways or mailboxes.
