You will find it is filled with period-correct treasures, with clean architectural lines, and a lot of unique mid-mod vintage finds. You will quickly notice the original mid-century modern statement pieces from Kent Coffey, and Broyhill featuring clean lines and rich wood tones. You will also note the seamlessly integrated, high-quality more current pieces that offer those classic silhouettes of the past.

**ABOUT THE SIGN UP SHEET: AT ADDRESS FRIDAY AT 8AM. Sign-up Sheets are not at every sale. Make sure to check the beginning of the ad to see if there will be a sign-up sheet, and if there is one, you must physically go to the estate sale address to sign up on that list. 

IMPORTANT: They are put out at 8am on the first day of the sale (usually a Friday) and are  only used for the first day of the sale. You do not need to be on the list to gain entry. It is only if you want to be among the first people through the door.   (**We only honor the sign-up sheet that we put out**)

**LOADING OF LARGE ITEMS:

PLEASE BRING HELP LOADING OUT LARGE ITEMS: We may not be available to assist you. We will always try to assist getting things out of the home and to the driveway. From there, you may need additional help loading into your vehicle.  

**PARKING: 

*ALWAYS RESPECT the neighborhood we are in. 

*DO NOT BLOCK Driveways or mailboxes.
