**ABOUT THE SIGN UP SHEET: AT ADDRESS FRIDAY AT 8AM. Sign-up sheets are put out at 8am on the first day of the sale. The sign-up sheet is only used for the first day of the sale. You do not need to be on the list to gain entry. It is only if you want to be among the first people through the door.  Sign-up Sheets are not at every sale. Make sure to check the beginning of the ad to see if there will be a sign-up sheet, and if there is one, you must physically go to the estate sale address to sign up on that list.  (We only honor the sign-up sheet that we put out)

PLEASE BRING HELP LOADING OUT LARGE ITEMS: We may not be available to assist you. We will always try to assist getting things out of the home and to the driveway. From there, you may need additional help loading into your vehicle.
